RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDESPerform static Access Control operations for a range of commercial and residential areas.Perform static door operations for a range of retail shops.Protect patrons/client from harm.Exercise Customer Service.Exercise shrinkage controls.Exercise crowd control during events.Defuse potentially volatile situations and intervene when necessary.Perform basic first aid when necessary.JOB REQUIREMENTSGrade 11 at least.New Psira Grade B and C Certificate.Vaccination Certificate or SARS – CoV antigen test card not older than 24 hours (TO PROTECT OUR EMPLOYEES FROM BEING EXPOSED TO COVID’19 VIRUS THROUGH THEIR INTERACTION WITH THE PUBLIC).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Own transport to work and home.Physically fit and healthy.Willing to work flexible hours.Only qualified Security Officers will be considered.Applications will undergo screening process i.e. Criminal checks, PSIRA Qualification Confirmation, Aptitude Test and Pre-Employment Polygraph test.
